Role Summary:

As the Bakery Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the daily operations of our bakery. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of the bakery's activities, leading the team, managing orders, and ensuring that our facilities and equipment meet our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of the bakery, including the production, packaging, and distribution of our cookies.
  2. Lead Staff: Provide direction and support to bakery personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  3. Order Management: Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, prioritizing satisfaction.
  4. Facility Maintenance: Guarantee that all bakery equipment is well-maintained and operational. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bakery environment.
  5. Inventory Oversight: Manage the inventory of ingredients, supplies, and finished goods to align with production needs while minimizing waste.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for ingredients, recipes, and finished products through regular inspections and quality assessments.
  7. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff and adherence to health regulations.
