We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager - Restoration Services to join our team at SERVPRO of Colorado Springs Southeast. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate production crews, ensuring timely completion of jobs and high-quality service delivery.
  • Job Scoping and Estimating: Conduct thorough job scoping and estimating, providing accurate and clear pre-testing, scoping of services, and job estimates to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Workflow Management: Assign tasks to production technicians and crew chiefs, manage workflow, and ensure task completion.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and final walk-throughs to ensure quality work is completed during and at the end of each job.
  • Expense Management: Control damage reimbursement expenses and production expenses, ensuring costs are maintained at established rates.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure supplies required for jobs are available and manage equipment and materials (assets).
  • Safety and Risk Management: Ensure production crew chiefs and technicians follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in the restoration industry, with 1+ supervisory role experience.
  • Certifications: WRT certification required.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible to work on call every 2-4 weeks (remotely answering phones).
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
