Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores and provide high-quality eye care services to our customers. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own schedule, fees, and patient care approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a loyal patient base
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Manage your own practice, including staff and operations
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school
  • Experience in retail or business management
  • Strong marketing and sales skills
