Eye Care Opportunity with Walmart Stores, Inc.

As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within our Walmart stores. This unique opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, providing eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish your days of practice and hours of operation
  • Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule
  • Keep 100% of exam/professional fees
  • Option to opt into equipment/instrumentation, administrative, and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (if applicable)
  • Valid state ophthalmology license (if applicable)
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
