Position Overview

We are currently in search of a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor.

Compensation: $1000 sign-on bonus available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Assist with reservations, pre-registrations, and room assignments.
  • Support large groups during their arrival process.
  • Provide local area knowledge to guests, recommending dining, shopping, and other attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Process payments in accordance with established procedures, including credit card authorizations.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of cash, checks, and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Respond to inquiries and cater to guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest requests and concerns effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses an outgoing and friendly personality, committed to guest satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems.
  • Exhibits a positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
  • Availability to work a set schedule and take on additional shifts as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
