Home Health Registered Nurse Travel Assignment

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Kirkland, WA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve their health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings in their medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and disease management.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months of recent Home Health experience.
  • Current RN license and BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
