Penn State Brandywine, a thriving residential campus located in Media, PA, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Campus Registrar. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic services and functions of the campus, working closely with faculty, administration, and the Office of the University Registrar.

Job Summary

The Campus Registrar will be responsible for developing and publishing the schedule of classes and final exam schedule, providing a point of contact and assistance for specialized processes related to day-to-day registrar operations, maintaining and distributing official enrollment data, and providing data analysis in support of academic and administrative decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish the schedule of classes and final exam schedule, ensuring accuracy and timely publication
  • Serve as point of contact and assistance for specialized processes related to day-to-day registrar operations, including requests for change of assignment, withdrawals, leaves of absence, and exception petitions
  • Maintain and distribute official enrollment data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide data analysis in support of academic and administrative decisions, using contemporary software to support registrar functions
  • Supervise graduation activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Liaise with the Commonwealth Colleges and Office of the Registrar, communicating policies and procedures related to student records, including FERPA, and assisting the campus community in interpreting and implementing these policies and procedures
Competencies

The successful candidate will have a history of commitment to customer service, evidence of successful collaboration with faculty and staff, and familiarity with contemporary software used to support registrar functions.

Education and Experience Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
