About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team at Wunderman Thompson LLC dba VML. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide creative leadership to a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work is always cutting-edge and effective.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in an agency setting, with a focus on creative leadership and strategy.
  • Strong conceptual skills and a solid understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
