Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans to address student behavior challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
