Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and document patient data accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify patient needs and prioritize care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct advanced nursing assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and make referrals as needed.
  • Administer treatments and procedures, educate patients and families, and ensure care meets organizational standards.
  • Document all treatments accurately and within required time frames.
  • Delegate and supervise direct patient care to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes and integrate cost-effective measures into practice.
  • Adjust staffing based on patient care needs and comply with safety policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience within the last 3 years.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • BLS from the American Heart Association.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Experience in geriatrics, home health, or a similar setting preferred.
