Role ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will engage with clients regularly, managing various processes including ACAT, insurance, and brokerage applications. Key duties include:
- Maintaining effective communication with clients through both verbal and written channels.
- Providing exceptional client service, addressing issues, and organizing meetings.
- Preparing necessary documentation for client interactions as instructed.
- Ensuring accuracy in all paperwork, including signatures and dates.
- Submitting applications to carriers along with required documentation.
- Following up on pending transfers through direct communication with companies.
- Processing trades on brokerage accounts under the guidance of a licensed advisor.
- Regularly updating clients on the status of their accounts.
- Acting as a liaison between advisors and clients when necessary.
- Managing client information, including report preparation and paperwork submission.
- Encouraging referrals from our current client base.
- Collaborating with other financial professionals such as brokers, accountants, and attorneys.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in client-facing roles within a financial firm.
- Previous experience as a brokerage Sales Assistant is beneficial.
- Series 65 License is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with others.
- The ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Skills in marketing to prospective clients.
- A detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
This position offers a full-time schedule with compensation structured around salary and performance bonuses, commensurate with experience.
