About the RoleCamillo Companies is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
You will work closely with our benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our benefits programs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations and experience in self-funded insurance plans, claims analysis, reporting, and billing.

Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits for 475+ Full-time employees across Camillo Companies.
- Understand and manage self-funded insurance plans, including claims analysis, reporting, and bills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of benefits programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
