Formal Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or consulting sectors.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and facilitating the development and execution of business initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • A proven track record of developing technology solutions to address business challenges across multiple divisions or regions within a single organization.
