Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain adherence to efficient processes and ensure alignment between operational procedures and system functionalities.
- Evaluate the existing operational framework and propose process enhancements to promote lean manufacturing and boost productivity.
- Identify gaps in business capabilities and IT services proactively, contributing to improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements for various projects, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and foster relationships with both business and IT leaders to drive impactful results.

- Collaborate with business unit leaders during the pre-project ideation phase.
- Work alongside business and IT leaders to assess proposals, construct business cases, and plan new joint initiatives, ensuring alignment with business capability roadmaps and priorities.
- Guarantee the delivery of new technology solutions and capabilities in accordance with the established roadmap, meeting the expectations of business partners.
- Share accountability for the business value outcomes of technology-related projects; regularly measure and communicate these results.
- Introduce external perspectives into the organization by engaging with end customers, industry peers, and other external sources.
- Promote continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes where applicable.
- Advocate for and enhance business partners' understanding of IT processes, frameworks, roles, and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or consulting sectors.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and facilitating the development and execution of business initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- A proven track record of developing technology solutions to address business challenges across multiple divisions or regions within a single organization.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across various levels and functions within the organization.
- Ability to listen, establish rapport, and gain credibility as a strategic partner within the business unit and with leadership and functional teams.
- A strategic thinker focused on delivering business value through technical solutions.
- Ability to set clear expectations with business partners and effectively utilize governance for a positive partnership experience.
