Key Responsibilities

About the Team

The GIM Planning and Analytics team works directly with GIM leadership to drive strategic initiatives and shape the overall long-range marketing strategy for our business. We are a diverse and inclusive team that values diverse experiences and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, or a comparable field of study.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: In business or marketing strategy, consulting, corporate development, finance, or operations.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: 5+ years of experience with VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas to senior executives.
  • Business Judgment: Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and influencing results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Equivalent: Master's degree in marketing or finance.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategy Engagement Experience: Experience running strategy engagements and measuring effectiveness in B2B space.
