Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP will assess patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, and provide interventions to improve their communication and swallowing skills.

  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
