Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and monitoring patient statistics
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
