Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis centers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney disease and dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers

- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
