At Christian Park Village, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of HR principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor applicant flow and update applicant tracking system daily
  • Assist Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning
  • Complete employment process for new hires, including I-9, tax forms, and background checks
  • Schedule and assist with new hire orientation
  • Ensure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report results
  • Complete injury reports and maintain up-to-date files for employment documents

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or
  • Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
