You will provide human resources support at the facility level for all employees.At Ciena Healthcare, we take care of you too, with an attractive benefit package including:Competitive payLife Insurance401 K with matching fundsHealth insuranceAFLACTuition ReimbursementYou will join an experienced, hard-working team that values communication and strong teamwork abilities.ResponsibilitiesMonitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s).Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking systemAssists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planningComplete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen schedulingSchedule and assists with new hire orientationEnsure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report resultsComplete injury reportsComplete benefit enrollment and follow upsMaintain up-to-date files for employment documentsEducation and/or ExperienceMinimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, orMinimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human ResourcesMinimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care settingAbout Ciena HealthcareWe are a provider of skilled nursing, subacute, rehabilitative, and assisted living services dedicated to achieving the highest standards of care in five states including Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina, and Indiana.We serve our residents with compassion, concern, and excellence, believing that every one of them is a unique person who deserves our best each day that we care for them.
