Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Facility Monitor to maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of those in our care.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain continuous visibility and awareness to control and secure the facility and residents.
  • Operate within legal constraints and contract agency stipulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure equipment necessary for each watch is operational prior to relieving the previous shift.
  • Prepare shift documentation, including reports and logs, that meet facility standards and contracting agency requirements.
  • Conduct radio checks and document results.
  • Frequently patrol buildings to observe and listen to residents and monitor the state of the building.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of general work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Sufficient organizational skills to maintain a smooth workflow.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
