Chief Optometric Officer

We are seeking a Chief Optometric Officer to join our team at Tohono O'odham Nation Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our optometry program.

You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver high-quality eye care services to our patients, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

1. Program Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
2. Leadership: Lead a team of optometrists and support staff to provide high-quality eye care services
3. Clinical Care: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
4. Quality Improvement: Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and program metrics
5. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in optometry and incorporate best practices into our program

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of experience in supervisory roles in optometry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
