Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the hospital's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the hospital's leadership and governing board, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee and direct the hospital's financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and audit functions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, the financial community, and other key stakeholders to ensure the hospital's financial well-being.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to hospital staff, including the Business Office, Medical Records, Information Technology, and Materials Management/Purchasing departments.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with hospital staff, leadership, and external stakeholders.
