Senior Vice President, Treasury Services Product Management

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Treasury Services Product Management to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Services group, you will be responsible for driving the development of key technical products and solutions with significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Treasury Services Digital Product, and define business case and OKRs.
- Product Development: Lead the product development, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Customer/Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our digital products deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in financial technology, particularly in the Treasury space, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs, and data analytics.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience leading a team of product managers and operating within an agile framework with technology and design partners.
