Treatment Center Nurse

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Treatment Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care and IV therapy, with a minimum of three years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plans of care for patients in the outpatient and inpatient settings. They will also provide patient, family, and staff education regarding wound management, wound etiology, support surfaces, dressing selections, and other therapies.
As a resource person for physicians, wound care teams, and clinical staff, the successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. They will also be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care for IV therapy patients in the Treatment Center.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to provide care for pediatric patients as needed.
This is a full-time position with a 13-week contract. The successful candidate will work day shifts with two or three other nurses and will be required to work every other weekend.
Applicants should have a strong background in wound care and IV therapy, with a minimum of three years of experience. They should also be able to provide care for pediatric patients as needed.
This position requires a current active state license and a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate will be required to work 36 hours per week.
