Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and new technologies
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
