We are seeking an experienced IT Network Professional to join our team and provide server and network administration, project installation, and end-user helpdesk and desktop support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide server and network administration, including setup and installation of desktop, server, and network equipment at customer sites.
- Offer end-user helpdesk and desktop support, with 80% to 90% conducted over the phone using remote control software.
- Contribute to the staging, setup, and installation of desktop, server, and network equipment at customer sites (10% to 20%).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service, communication, and technical skills.
We require candidates with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, helpdesk, server-side network administration/installation, and firewall administration.
Preferred candidates hold a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Business with an emphasis in CIS, or have completed technical school or community college programs in IT.
Vendor certifications, such as COMPTIA, MCSE, MCSA, A+, CCNA, are a major plus.
What We OfferConeth Solutions offers a competitive salary of $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year and a great opportunity to build an IT career in the Central Valley with minimal commute.
Candidates must pass a qualifying technical assessment exam.
