Job Overview
We are seeking a Financial Solutions Consultant to enhance our enterprise clients' Procore platform by integrating our Financial products, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment.

Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will act as the product advocate for all of Procore's financial offerings, including Project Financials, Accounting Integrations, Invoice Management, and Payment Solutions. Your success will be measured by the customer's purchase decisions and the business performance improvements they achieve through our solutions.

You will play a crucial role in improving the operational efficiency of our construction clients by connecting them to a comprehensive global platform.

As a Financial Solutions Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the Financial Management Subject Matter Expert for the account management teams.
  • Collaborating with the Account team to identify cross-selling opportunities within our existing enterprise customer base.
  • Closing cross-sell agreements to incorporate Financial Management products into customer contracts.
  • Partnering with the primary Account Manager and Customer Success Engineer to develop account strategies and effectively position our Financial Management product suite.
  • Driving product adoption and mitigating churn through close collaboration with the Account Manager and Customer Success Engineer.
  • Providing customers with regular updates on product capabilities, benefits, and use cases, translating these into tangible customer value.
  • Delivering insights into Financial Management performance, forecasts, and attach rates to assist sales leadership in planning for their ARR targets.
  • Enhancing your knowledge of key competitors to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated to customers.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven success in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • A track record of success in both inside and outside sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience in selling technical products, particularly in the construction or financial technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM and opportunity management systems.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
