Job Title: Certified Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Certified Practical Nurse to join our team at The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The Certified Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry
