Job Title: Certified Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Certified Practical Nurse to join our team at The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The Certified Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various nursing tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting patient information and recording vital signs
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitoring patients' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with the State Registry
