About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California. As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures, including cardiovascular imaging and fluoroscopy
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and develop treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the imaging process
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in cardiovascular imaging
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
  • Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire, or equivalent
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire, or equivalent
  • Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography upon hire, or equivalent
  • Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography upon hire, or equivalent
  • Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
