About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian - Maintenance Professional to join our team at SilverCreek on Main. As a Custodian - Maintenance Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the physical plant and grounds of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, cleaning carpets, and assisting with community scheduled maintenance projects.
  • Support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing and ensuring that common spaces are cleaned.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as repairing fixtures and equipment, and performing minor repairs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in senior housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
