As a member of our Parts Warehouse team, you will be essential in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and effectively on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include loading, organizing, and managing both incoming and outgoing deliveries that are crucial for keeping trucks on the road.
Available ShiftsWe offer two shift options:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

- Receive and inspect all incoming parts, including new items, cores, and returns, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and condition.
- Efficiently stock items in designated locations.
- Process incoming requests and prepare orders for customer pick-up or delivery, ensuring timely and accurate handling of front and back counter tickets.
- Securely package and ship parts using UPS, FedEx, or interbranch services.
- Utilize appropriate methods for safe transport, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping, while accurately creating bills of lading for shipments.
- Manage vendor returns for damaged or incorrect parts.
- Document and process warranty parts for vendor inspection according to established policies.
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in a trucking or automotive parts department is a plus.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing physical and emotional stamina.
- Collaborative team player with strong self-management skills.
- Attention to detail and numerical aptitude; familiarity with inventory systems and MS Office is advantageous.
