Job Overview

Position Summary

CTC Group is looking for Project Schedulers for SETA roles to take charge of crafting, developing, and sustaining comprehensive resource-loaded timelines for implementation, development, and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of scheduling software management processes and procedures (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or other mandated software).
  • Establish and enforce schedule version control policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of the overall Master Program/Project Schedule and integrate multiple project schedules into a unified Master Program Schedule.
  • Oversee the schedule product lifecycle, including build, staging, testing, deployment, and integration.
  • Define and implement configuration management processes for schedules, including the creation of product build scripts and their integration with the scheduling process.
  • Develop and enforce schedule version control processes and ensure compliance during development or operational schedule projects.

Qualifications

  • Possession of an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Completion of an advanced MS Project or Primavera course, with proven experience in using these tools.
  • Certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) or as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is preferred.

Level 1 Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Scheduler in similar programs and contracts.
  • Associate's degree in a technical or business field from an accredited institution is required.
    • Two (2) years of additional scheduling experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.
  • At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience managing schedules for engineering programs involving hardware and software development with multiple components.

Level 2 Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience as a Scheduler in relevant programs and contracts.
    • A Master's degree may replace two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution is required.
    • Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing schedules for engineering programs involving hardware and software development with multiple components using MS Project or Primavera.

Level 3 Requirements

  • Twelve (12) years of experience as a Scheduler in relevant programs and contracts.
    • A Master's degree may replace two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to ten (10) years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution is required.
    • Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing schedules for engineering programs involving hardware and software development with multiple components using MS Project or Primavera.
  • Certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) or as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is mandatory.
