The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of computer, server, and network systems. This includes but is not limited to: UNIX/Linux infrastructure, Windows Server administration, software maintenance, and basic PC repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for UNIX/Linux infrastructure and Windows Server environments.">
  • Develop and maintain procedures and checklists for infrastructure, troubleshooting, and operation.">
  • Support Epicor Array and provide helpdesk services for company employees.">
  • Maintain Active Directory and Windows Server infrastructure.">
  • Offer as-needed support for production systems, including servers, desktops, networks, printers, email, and backup infrastructures.">

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting network infrastructures.">
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT systems within Microsoft and UNIX/Linux environments.">
  • A working knowledge of UNIX/Linux shell scripting.">
  • At least 3+ years of experience supporting Windows desktops.">
  • A working knowledge of MS Office and Windows 11.">
  • A good understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
