Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team at Scotts Hill Medical Center. In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing function in our patients.



Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to patients of all ages, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold a current ASHA certification (CFY or CCC). You should also have a strong foundation in speech-language pathology principles and practices, with experience working with patients of all ages and diagnoses.



Estimated Salary Range

This role is expected to pay between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
