Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings accurately.
- Develop, review, and adjust care plans based on patient assessments.
- Execute medical and nursing directives as outlined in care plans and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor patient responses to care and provide education to patients and families as needed.
- Supervise nursing staff (LPN, CNA, and PSA) in delivering patient care.
- Engage in Bedside Shift Report for effective communication.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure adherence to professional nursing standards.
- Coordinate patient care with healthcare providers and support services to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Complete unit-specific orientation and ongoing training as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse License in Wyoming or enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC)
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Completion of required certifications within specified timeframes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited institution
