Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Football Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head coach in developing and implementing game plans, as well as leading practices and training sessions with student-athletes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of football fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a valid California teaching credential or equivalent, as well as a minimum of two years of experience coaching football at the high school level. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to obtain a First Aid and CPR certification, as well as a background clearance through the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
