Precision Castparts Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Co-Op to join our team. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting, working closely with our experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the Accounting/Finance Department in various projects
- Participate in month-end close activities and perform duties as needed in Cost Modeling, Financial Analyst, and Cost Accounting activities
- Assist with storeroom material audits and fixed asset audits and tagging
- Perform fixed asset management in FAS and SAP systems
- Participate in FP&A, bridging budgets and actuals, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Enrolled and completed 2+ years of an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline
- Ability to provide leadership and basic knowledge of accounting
- Interpersonal skills and computer skills
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
