Job Title: Automation Engineer Infrastructure

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated systems to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Identify automation use cases within production support scope of work
- Requirement information gathering, validation, and coordination with stakeholders
- Design solutions for automation use cases
- Develop scalable and secure automation solutions using automation tools, automation orchestrators, and technologies (PowerShell and Python)
- Test, UAT, and production rollout of solutions in production environments
- Post-production support for live bots
- Documentation (As-Is Process, To-Be Process, Technical Specifications, and Test Cases)
- Automation use case demos, solution walkthroughs, discussions on any impediments for use cases
- Develop reusable assets to improve productivity
- Learn new tools and technologies to enrich automation skillset
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and engagement on live bots, standards, best practices, etc.
- Involve in RD POC feasibility analysis activities
