Role Summary

As a Front Desk Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests. You will achieve this through professional greetings, managing accounts, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness offerings. Your proactive approach will ensure that member needs are met and inquiries are addressed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist members in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Respond promptly and attentively to member requests.
  • Facilitate member access by scanning membership cards and addressing any inquiries related to their accounts.
  • Handle sales transactions for members, including payments for programs, services, and products.
  • Collect and relay member documentation, such as address updates and payment information.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered professionally and directed to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: At least six months of experience in customer service.
  • Preferred: At least six months of experience in a reception role.
