We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting technical executives and mission owners to investigate and assess technical challenges and obstacles across offices that are impacting the client's GEOINT mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements collection across offices and consolidate the input received.
  • Provide technical guidance and input on ad-hoc activities and provide recommendations to IT modernization efforts.
  • Experience performing research, providing input in the preparation of analytical and technical reports, and maintaining hard and soft copy files.
  • Experience creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and Intelink web sites.
  • Experience communicating both orally and in writing with technical executives.
  • Experience with professional networking, building relationships, and driving towards results.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for preparing briefings, building spreadsheets, consolidating input, and updating as needed.
  • Knowledge of the IC.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience in business analysis in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123, annualized USD.
