Job Summary

The Hispanic Technology Executive Council is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our CTI Summit Execution team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, execution, and implementation of technology solutions in support of the CTI business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage from inception to implementation initiatives to build and enhance CTI's critical hedge programs
  • Drive collaborations with stakeholder leads across CTI trading desks, product control, risk, operations & technology to understand the key business problems while partnering with Technology to identify best-in-class, sustainable solutions
  • Independently lead 1 to 3 projects, monitor project(s) progress, establish necessary governance & cadence to ensure on time, in budget project delivery
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members supporting projects
  • Author BRD, FRD, project plans, and lead testing execution
  • Identify and manage risks and issues. Succinctly present project updates including risks, issues, and general progress at an executive level on a weekly basis
  • Detailed data analysis/issue resolution and partnering with subject matter experts in Citis infrastructure to improve and address data quality

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree required
  • Graduate level degree a plus, PMP Certification a plus
  • ~10+ years of experience within financial services or consulting
  • ~5 years of experience within project management and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • ~ Proven track record of leading at least two large projects, for 6+ months in duration, with a cross-functional team
  • ~ Must be a strong influencer and have partnering skills
  • ~ Treasury product knowledge, including background in hedging, pricing, accounting, or risk (FX, Swaps, Bonds etc.)
  • ~ MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, JIRA, Summit software a plus
