Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities for Construction Financial Coordinator
- Accurately record bank transactions using QuickBooks
- Input and manage bills within QuickBooks
- Monitor bills and process vendor payments through QuickBooks
- Execute weekly payroll for staff
- Handle tax filing and payments via QuickBooks
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions
- Support the owner with various operational tasks.
Administrative responsibilities include responding to inquiries from clients, managing filing systems, faxing, emailing, scheduling meetings, and other tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an individual who is approachable, highly communicative, and possesses exceptional attention to detail. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously and have prior experience in a construction office environment, as all tasks will be related to the construction industry.
The successful applicant will be a collaborative team member, able to follow instructions and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Professionalism, excellent communication skills, and punctuality are essential traits.
Experience with QuickBooks is crucial for this role, as the majority of your duties will involve bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications for Construction Financial Coordinator:
- 3-5 years of experience in Construction Office Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- 3-5 years of experience in Bookkeeping
- 3-5 years of experience in Payroll
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
$55,000-$75,000 Annually Based on Experience
