Job Summary:

The Material Handler Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing employee performance, work processes, and resources to achieve excellent business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing the warehouse operations
  • Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
  • Responsible for and oversee the warehouse department
  • Monitor the activities of the department staff and communicate company policies and procedures
  • Determine job objectives, work methods, and performance standards
  • Manage inventory displays
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to focus on detail and quality
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software, and peripherals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Forklift certified
  • Prior experience working in a cold chain warehouse environment
Physical and Mental Demands:

The physical and mental demands of this position include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks in a busy environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
