Teller Supervisor

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the teller area, ensuring efficient and friendly service to customers.
• Supervise tellers, providing coaching and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Train staff on operational issues, policies, and procedures.
• Make judgment decisions and coach for referrals.
• Expand and deepen customer relationships by identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable solutions.
• Direct and demonstrate all customer channels, including digital technology, for a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure operational integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated customer service skills in a retail environment and computer experience.
