Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Uptown Ford of Oakland.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and follow up with customers to ensure successful referrals.
  • Analyze sales data and feedback to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter mentality, ambitious spirit, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must be able to obtain or have an existing sales license.
