Job Summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance department and ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
  • Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
  • Provide quality laundry service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
