We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, pouring beer, making cocktails, and serving our delicious food. **Responsibilities**

  • **Greet and Welcome Guests**: Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap, making them feel at home.
  • **Follow Service Standards**: Follow our steps of service for taking and serving orders, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • **Beer and Menu Knowledge**: Be knowledgeable about our beer selection and menu items, able to suggest beers and describe menu items to guests.
  • **Prepare Beverages**: Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures, ensuring that every drink is made to perfection.
  • **Present Guest Check**: Present the guest check and take payment, handling cash and credit transactions with ease.
  • **Maintain a Clean Environment**: Keep the bar station and service areas clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
  • **Work Independently**: Complete duties without constant supervision, taking initiative and working independently to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience.

**Requirements**

  • **Previous Bartending Experience**: Previous bartending experience required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • **Age Requirement**: Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state and local requirements.
  • **Availability**: Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday shifts, as required by the company.
  • **Physical Demands**: Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items, with continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • **Technical Skills**: Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment, with a strong understanding of beer and menu knowledge.
