Job Responsibilities

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will:

  • Provide direct care to residents
  • Supervise nursing assistants
  • Maintain accurate documentation for residents
  • Administer medications as needed
  • Develop strong working relationships with team members
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care

We offer a comprehensive compensation package including an estimated salary range of $76,000 - $86,400 annually, based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year.
