Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at NexDine. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, including compliance with OSHA, state/local, federal, and NexDine regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others.
  • Properly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
  • Clean assigned areas to NexDine and client standards and requirements.
  • Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
  • Report maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
  • Ensure security of company/client assets.
  • Perform hard floor and carpet care, strip wax and carpet extraction, etc.
  • Make trash runs from the floors to the compactor.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in work attendance.
